Orders are processed within 5 business days from the day they are placed. Please allow for more processing time during sales, holidays, and collection launches.

Please note orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

When you place an order you should receive a confirmation email and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you didn't receive either email, check your spam folder :) If you think you may have entered in your email incorrectly, or didn't receive an order confirmation for another reason, email us at hello@shoppostsurf.com and we will be happy to help.

The delivery date and time is an estimate from the shipping carrier. Post Surf is not liable for any delay in delivery times.

All other worldwide destinations will be shipped via DHL using estimated rates
