** PLEASE NOTE that all sales during sitewide sales ARE FINAL SALE. Please reach out for sizing help or with any other questions BEFORE completing your purchase if you are unsure, we are always happy to help. Once you have completed your order, we do not guarantee the ability to return any items **

 

Can I return my item?
We do offer returns/exchanges on items that fit the criteria below unless otherwise noted:

  • items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery date.
  • items must be postmarked within 7 days of initiating your return for a full refund
  • all items must be in original condition. unwashed, unworn and entirely intact for us to accept the return

I decided I want to return my item - what do I do now?
For ALL returns shoot us a line at hello@shoppostsurf.com to start the process. Please include your name and order number and the items within the order that you would like to return. Please note in email reason for return as this helps us process your returns more efficiently. 

You can refer to “Can I return my item?” to find out if your item(s) will qualify for a return.

 

Do I have to pay for return shipping on my item(s)?
YES. All returns will be at the expense of the customer and any initial shipping charges will not be returned.

 

How long does the return process take?
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the item back. Please note that this time frame can be longer depending on the time of year. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

I need a different size in the item I purchased! Can I exchange?
Unfortunately our system is not set up to process exchanges, so all items must be returned + a new item must be ordered. Email us at hello@shoppostsurf.com and we will be happy to help you with this process!
